By completing the agreement to act as an agent for promoting and distributing the Enerpize software, you confirm your commitment to the terms and conditions set by the company, as outlined in the following clauses:

• The company guarantees that agents will receive attractive commission rates on every successful client subscription. Commissions are calculated transparently and transferred within the agreed payment cycle.
• Agents benefit from the company's ongoing marketing support, training sessions, and access to professional sales materials to help maximize sales performance and income.
• The company provides agents with exclusive opportunities to expand in their assigned markets, with priority access to leads, discounts on additional services, and eligibility for special rewards programs and performance bonuses.
• The company's management has the right to terminate the agent's contract at any time, with an obligation to transfer the agent's earned profits for the contract period within a maximum of 14 days from the termination date.
• The agent is obligated to remit any amounts collected from clients if the total collections exceed $50. Payment must be transferred to the company within a maximum period of 14 days from the collection date, using the methods specified by the company.
• All payments from the company to the agent will be processed exclusively through the official payment methods determined by the company. The company reserves the right to deduct any fees, taxes, or charges applicable by law or payment providers before transferring the balance to the agent.
• In the event of disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or refunds claimed by clients, the company has the right to withhold or reclaim any amounts previously paid to the agent, and to deduct such amounts from future payments due to the agent.
• The company has the right to request complete and accurate reporting of the agent's sales and client data at any time. Failure to provide such reports may result in suspension of commissions and termination of the agreement.
• The agent acknowledges that all intellectual property, trademarks, software rights, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of the company and may not be used outside the scope of this agreement.
• Any violation of these terms entitles the company to immediately suspend payments and terminate the contract without further notice.
