You own the commercial relationship, Enerpize owns the product and platform.

Responsibilities

Your Role

  • Promote Enerpize professionally in your region
  • Register leads and close deals via the Partner Portal
  • Provide first-level customer support
  • Respond to customers within 2 business days
  • Escalate technical issues to Enerpize within 1 business day
  • Complete Enerpize Product Certification before onboarding customers

Optional, when requested

  • Local compliance and payment method feedback
  • Regional localization and translation input

Enerpize’s Role

  • Billing and collections
  • Second-level and technical support (response within 1 business day)
  • Product development and updates
  • Infrastructure, security, and SLAs
  • Global pricing and roadmap

No unauthorized pricing modifications above the self-service threshold *
No white-labeling
No branding misuse

* Self-service discounts up to 10% are permitted at the reseller’s discretion; above 10% requires written approval.

Violations may result in a written notice and cure period for minor issues, or immediate termination for serious misconduct (fraudulent data, NDA breach, competitive reselling).

FAQs

Nothing. There is no upfront payment or commitment fee. You sign the Reseller Agreement and NDA, complete onboarding, and start selling.
First-year subscription revenue from customers who remain active for at least three months. The rate is marginal, so each tier's percentage applies to the revenue that falls within that tier.
Commissions are calculated on actual collected revenue and paid quarterly. Enerpize handles all billing and collections directly.
Meet your region's annual revenue threshold while maintaining SLA, branding, and pricing compliance. Exclusivity grants sole reseller rights in your approved country, and is kept by hitting your annual target and growing at least 10% year over year.
You provide first-level support and respond within two business days, escalating technical issues within one. Enerpize owns second-level and technical support, infrastructure, security, and SLAs.
No. This is a serious B2B partnership with a co-branded presence, a reseller dashboard, deal protection, and direct access to the Enerpize team — not a one-off referral link.
