Print1. Introduction To GDBR
On 25 May 2018 the EU passed the General Data Protection Regulation with directive number 2016/169 (“GDPR”). GDPR in European Union (“EU”) law that sets out the data protection rights of all individuals within the EU and European Economic Area.
2. Who Does GDBR Apply To And What Is Personal Data
biographical information, including names, dates of birth, social security numbers, phone numbers,IP addresses and email addresses;
looks, appearance and behaviour, including eye colour, weight and character traits; and
workplace data and information about education, including salary, tax information and student numbers.
3. Your Rights In Terms Of Gdpr
GDPR is new legislation which will be developed through interpretation by the courts of its provisions. Our policies will continue to be amended and supplemented to ensure that it is compliant with GDPR and any other data privacy laws which may be enacted from time to time.

The Right to Refuse to Become a Data Subject.You are only a data subject insofar as we require your personal data for the purposes of providing the service, and, you can refuse to be a data subject at any time. Kindly note, however, that refusing to provide the Company with data certain data may lead to you no longer being able to use the Service.
Right to Be Informed.If you consent to being a data subject you have the right to know how, by whom and for what purpose your data will be collected, stored and processed.
Right to Erasure.Your data may be erased upon request by you, subject to any legal or reasonable requirement of the Company which would prevent us from erasing same, such as, where that information may be required to be stored according to any laws, where there is an amount outstanding on your personal user account or for criminal proceedings.
Rights Related to Automated Decision Making and Profiling.At times we, like most websites, use automated systems to evaluate your preferences, location, usage of the services and so forth. We do, however, ensure as far as reasonably possible, that personal data is secured and create safeguards to minimize the risk of errors.
