On 25 May 2018 the EU passed the General Data Protection Regulation with directive number 2016/169 (“GDPR”). GDPR in European Union (“EU”) law that sets out the data protection rights of all individuals within the EU and European Economic Area.

GDPR is new legislation which will be developed through interpretation by the courts of its provisions. Our policies will continue to be amended and supplemented to ensure that it is compliant with GDPR and any other data privacy laws which may be enacted from time to time.

Rights Related to Automated Decision Making and Profiling.At times we, like most websites, use automated systems to evaluate your preferences, location, usage of the services and so forth. We do, however, ensure as far as reasonably possible, that personal data is secured and create safeguards to minimize the risk of errors.
