This Branding Guidelines Appendix ("Appendix") forms an integral part of the Enerpize Global Reseller Agreement between Enerpize LLC ("Enerpize") and the approved reseller ("Reseller"). The purpose of this Appendix is to ensure consistent, accurate, and professional representation of the Enerpize brand across all markets.
1. Brand Usage Rights
Enerpize grants the Reseller a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Enerpize brand assets solely for marketing and selling Enerpize subscriptions in accordance with the Agreement. Permitted assets include:
- Enerpize logo
- Enerpize brand colors
- Approved product screenshots
- Approved marketing materials
- Enerpize-provided co-branded landing page
- Official Enerpize Reseller Badge
Any other usage requires prior written approval from Enerpize.
2. Brand Identity Standards
Logo Usage
- Use only official logo files provided by Enerpize
- Do not modify, distort, recolor, rotate, stretch, or add effects
- Maintain clear space equal to the height of the "E"
- Minimum digital height: 24px
Brand Colors
Approved Enerpize colors:
- Enerpize Blue: #2563EB
- Dark Blue: #1E3A8A
- Accent Cyan: #06B6D4
- Dark Gray: #374151
- Light Gray: #F3F4F6
No other colors may be used in Enerpize-branded content.
Typography
Approved fonts: Inter (primary), Roboto (fallback). Headlines: Bold. Body text: Regular or Medium.
Screenshots
- Use only Enerpize-approved screenshots
- Do not crop, blur, alter, or misrepresent
- Do not display unreleased or experimental features
3. Co-Branded Materials
Reseller may create co-branded materials (presentations, ads, landing pages, social posts) only using Enerpize-approved templates or designs.
All co-branded materials must include the Enerpize logo, Enerpize product visuals, and Enerpize-approved messaging.
Any deviation requires written approval.
Enerpize will review submitted materials within seven (7) business days of receipt. If no response is received within this period, materials are deemed approved for the specific use described in the submission.
4. Messaging Rules
Reseller must accurately represent Enerpize's features and capabilities, pricing (as published by Enerpize), support model, product scope and limitations, and compliance positioning. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Claiming ownership of Enerpize
- Promising custom development without approval
- Misrepresenting features or roadmap
- Promoting unsupported integrations
- Suggesting local hosting or on-premise deployment
- Presenting Enerpize pricing as negotiable or unofficial
5. Prohibited Brand Use
Reseller must not:
- Create or use altered Enerpize logos
- Use Enerpize branding for unrelated services
- Register domains containing "Enerpize" or similar variations
- Bid on Enerpize trademarks or brand terms as paid advertising keywords
- Represent paid ads as official Enerpize corporate channels
- Distribute unofficial documentation
- Translate materials without approval
- Present Enerpize as part of the Reseller's legal entity
- Create pages or groups impersonating Enerpize
Any violation constitutes grounds for termination for cause.
6. Digital Presence Requirements
After formal approval and completion of onboarding, Reseller may describe itself as an "Enerpize Official Reseller."
All digital assets using Enerpize branding must use correct logos and colors, use accurate terminology, and clearly state "Official Enerpize Reseller" or "Powered by Enerpize."
Reseller may not publish modified pricing, misleading claims, unauthorized testimonials, or inaccurate or distorted comparisons.
7. Landing Page & Attribution
Enerpize will provide the Reseller with a co-branded landing page. Reseller agrees to use this landing page for marketing campaigns, not duplicate or clone Enerpize-branded pages elsewhere, maintain accurate contact details, and avoid unapproved claims or offers. Attribution is determined by traffic through the co-branded landing page, or by approved registered deals as defined in the Commission Appendix §6.
8. Printed Materials
All printed materials must follow the same branding rules as digital assets, use official logos and colors, and avoid implying Enerpize local offices where none exist.
9. Review & Enforcement
Enerpize may request marketing samples at any time.
Non-compliant assets must be corrected or removed immediately.
Repeated violations constitute a material breach.
10. Termination of Branding Rights
Upon suspension or termination of the Agreement: all Enerpize branding must be removed immediately; co-branded assets must be deleted within five (5) business days; the Reseller may no longer present itself as associated with Enerpize.
11. Amendments & Precedence
Enerpize may update this Appendix with sixty (60) days' written notice. In case of any conflict, the Enerpize Global Reseller Agreement shall prevail.
